SCAM I HAVE WIRE THATS BEEN HELD IN CAMEROON FOR 4 YRS AND I HAVE PAID ALL KIND OF HIGH FEES AND BANK WILL NOT RELEASE THE WIRE AS I SUSPECT THAT ITS A BIG SCAM. PLZ HELP.
