I had very bad expiriance with Irena Angelova too.
With a smile on her face she was trying to humiliate me and give me first grade lesson.Very ,very bad customer service.Every time i asked a question,she would answer with sarcastic answer.I ask her "why.." and her answer was "aren,t you coming from Bulgaria"
Very stresfull and disappointing.After i left that place i feld stupid and humiliated.
If you ever happen to have the misfortune to use the Los Angeles Consulate services pack your temper and spirit with loads of patience. I suggest also you throw away all of your knowledge, readiness and intelligence, before you step in that place. Get yourself ready for an action ...I mean you are jumping in a REAL ZOO!! I suggest you give yourself a whole day to explore this place, and believe me you wont be disappointed. It definitely competes the Los Angeles Universal Studio. The main attraction out there is the Lion Queen - Irena Angelova. Man ...she is wild. If you feel as the most stupid and insignificant person after leaving this place ..Its ok, breathe..her main goal (obligation) for the work day is achieved. She lives a part of a pre school teacher regarding your age. OK seriously!!! She is one of those people that make Bulgaria a place where we left all our people that we love and travel all around the world to find a better place to live. Why? Absolutely Arrogant, Bad-mann
