Visit Visa Requirements annoying! (Staff are not capable)
To whom it may concern;

I would like to inquire regarding the Visit Visa requirements of Visitors from Philippines to Brunei due i had requested my Mother to come to Brunei for a three months Visit but despite of had furnished all the requirements needed as what the Lady staff had required then still cannot get the Visa due another needed requirements is Marriage Contract?
I don't mind to produce it but it is necessary to get only a Visit Visa for my Mother? the Marriage contract of my Parents?

Please take note that my Parents live in Zamboanga which i guess it's quite far to Manila and My Mother doesn't have any of the relatives to find her Marriage Contract as She had locked it up in her safety cabinet and My Father is currently in Iloilo.

My current status in Brunei is Permanent Residence here, i guess there will be any problem to sponsor her

I would like to clarify if this needed? Due after thorough clarification with the Immigration High Officer here in Brunei that it will not needed as long as we produce;
1) Invitation Letter duly signed in High Court
2) My I.C.
3) Photocopy of Passport with Entry Visa chopped and Multiple Visa.
4) Letter of request to the Brunei Ambassador to Philippines (requesting for three months visit)
5) Visa Form
6) Return Ticket Philippines to Brunei - Brunei to Philippines
7) Form 8
8) Birth certificate

All of those requirements was been furnished.

Please help to clarify this query.

visa
