My husband is working in Brunei for almost 19 years, I would just like to ask for assistance how to file a case for adultery with my husband. He's living in Brunei with a married woman. I recently found out that they have a seven yr old son. Do I have the right to report them and file for deportation since I am the legal wife?

My wife applied for this certificate on May 15th. In first week in July we called the embassy and they said report has not come in yet. Also at the same time my wife called her cousin in Brunei and they called CID, and officer said they released the report on June 21 to the applicant's address on the request form. So how do I know where is the report and where was it sent?
