Urgent lost passport enquiry.
I am a Trinidadian citizen residing in Chile, I hold permanent residency here in Chile.
My passport, was stolen on 30th October 2014 here in Vina del Mar all reports have been filed.
The PDI in Vina del Mar advised me to contact you since I have no Embassy nor Consular here in Chile, however since there is a Trinidadian Embassy in Brazil, PDI thought it would be the best option to contact you requesting assistance in this matter. My circumstances may not allow me to travel to Trinidad in order to replace my passport. Could you kindly advise? .

Travel Authorisation for Minors
Hello,
I am an australian on a business visa here in Chile. My fiance and daughter (16 months old)are brazilians living in Salvador, Brazil and I would like to know if they can visit me here in Santiago without a visa. If my daughter requires a travel authorisation form, can you send me this via email and is it possible you can witness me signing the form if I come into your office?

Kind Regards,

David De Lemos Pires
