I did apply for a transit visa a pay my R650 for nothing and you refuse to give me visa you think I can leave south africa and go to stay in your poor country like botswana ,sheet you wasted my time for nothing 1month

My Mother is a Botswana citizen with a Botswana OMANG, her passport has expired. She is currently in Mafikeng, North West Province, with us, due to health reasons.
Do we have to take her to the Consulate in Pta for her passport to be renewed or can she go through the border to Lobatse Home Affairs Offices, to get her documents in order?
