To whom it may concern;
The British High Commission and the South African Officials, are organising a Cyber Security Conference the 9th and 10th of September in Pretoria (kindly find a concept note attached). One of the session in day one is about International Cooperation and international cyber policies. We would like to invite the representatives of the Botswana Delegation to participate in the conference and to a reception after day one.
I would very much appreciate if you could send me the name and contact details of the persons you think should be invited in order to send them an official invitation.

For the last 2 weeks I'm trying to get an information abt the visa , and I've sent few requests on this site , never had any answers . Maneged to get hold of consulate in JNB, collected all documents , and now they commissioner not in the office until next week. Trying again Pretiria office and again no one replying or answering the phone , unfortunately I am running out of time , my trip planed only for 1 day on 6 September 2015 and 2 weeks was already waisted by trying to get hold of Pretoria Ofice
Is there any chance that some one can still help me to get visa for 1 day trip only?
