Comments on this Embassy
Good Afternoon from New Zealand,
Your email address emboltk1@ad.il24.net, is not working and your telephone service continues to be unanswered.
My wife is a NZ resident but still travels on her Bolivian passport.
This has expired and we had a family holiday booked for March this year.
The Bolivian Embassy in Sydney instructs us that we must contact your office inorder to receive instructions for how to renew her passport?
Please advise the requirements and process.
Please understand this is a time sensitive matter as we have paid $5,000 NZD for our air tickets for the family vacation.
Your assistance is appreciated.
Hi Sir/Madam,
I am Atty. Divina M. Flores from the Philippines. I am writing you in behalf of my client to inquire you about the authentication of the documents of my client which shall be used for the application of residency of her daughter in Bolivia with the Nanny of the child. The Bolivian embassy required us to have all the English documents translated to Spanish and have it authenticated. I called up the Bolivian Embassy in Manila but they are already closed and they referred me to the Bolivian Embassy in Japan. All the documents has Spanish Translations already. The documents that need to be authenticated are the following:
1. Birth Certificates of the Child and the Nanny with Spanish translation already.
2. Court Decision for Sole Custody of the Child with Spanish translations already.
3. NBI Clearance stating that both of them has no criminal records with Spanish Translation already.
May I know what are the requirements of the Authentication of these documents? How much is the fee each document? How we can pay it? and how we send the documents<
Your reply and assistance is highly appreciated.
Thanks.

I also would like to know how I could apply for visa, do I have to go to Tokyo by person for this or to any consulate? Is there any way that I can apply by post?
