I loaned Danny Rottiers money when he had none
He never actually refuses to pay it back but he never does
He is no recommendation for Belgians as reliable and honest brokers or trustworthy in any dealings with him or via the consulate
He is a great game player and tactician but make sure you keep your money in your pocket not his.
