I am 26yrs old current working in North western Uganda in a slightly hard to reach area, I was hoping for your scholarships since I have financial constraints holding me down from paying myself, got admitted in the2014/15 academic year on private sponsorship but due to difficulty in proportioning the salary with current responsibilities , I couldn't make .
