I'm Sombe Seleman Y, a male, aged 27 and a graduate of Bachelor of Arts with Education from Stella Maris Mtwara University College in 2012. I am asking for individuals, or institutions, or organisations and governments to help me meet the Postgraduate Costs in the fields of either Linguistics, History, Archaeology, or Management in Education for the year 2013/2014. In Tanzania the costs normally range from 7,000,000 to 10,000,000 TSHS which is equivalent to 8,000 USD. Having a GPA of 3.8 in my first degree, I'm sure I will be admitted in any of the best University in Tanzania like University of Dsm, Mzumbe and St Augustine University of Tanzania.
