I m from Albania and I have just taken invitation from Green Cross of Belarus for a training that will be held on 18-28 january in Minsk. in the frame work of Obsolete Pesticides programme. After I took invitation I looked for The Embassy of Belarus In Albania but I did not find that. Than I went to The Foreign Affairs Ministry of Albania where they told me The service of geting visa from albanian citizen are covered by Embassy of Belarus in Warsaw. Please confirm if this is truth and What I Have to do and how long take it. Which is procedure?
