Dear Sir,
I have been working in Bahrain since last ten years at AHMED MANSOOR AL-AALI BSC, a Group of reputed Companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain as a Plant Engineer. I am an Engineering Graduate from B.U.E.T., Dhaka.
Recently I have experienced serious Embarrassment by the Collecting Officer for Passport Renewal.
I went there on 04-02-2014 at 9:30AM for my Wife's Passport Renewal. There was a long Cue for that. I went to the Collecting Officer to explain that it was my Family's Passport not my Passport. He was not ready to listen anything from me and simply asked me to go to the Cue. The People on the Cue have collected a Coupon in the early morning and there was no more Coupon for that day. I have requested him again that this is my Family’s Passport, please do something for me. He simply denied and repeatedly asked me to go to the Cue.
I left on that that day. On 06-02-2014 I sent my Father for the same and he did accordingly to their Procedure. He reached the Officer through the Cue and submitted the filled Papers. The Collecting Officer asked a Charge of BD 43.5 whereas the charge for the same is BD 15 only. He was arguing that the Charge is fixed by the Government. The Passport belongs to Executive’s Family, so the Charge is more here.
Now my question is if the Charge is more for Executive’s Family then why he was repeatedly shouting me to go for the Cue? Why he embarrassed me in this way?
Therefore I am humbly requesting to the Authority to take action against these corrupted people.

dear sir,my current passport will expire will June 2014,but i want to make new digital passport.so what i need to make new pass port and how much BD i need to pay for emergency,and how many days minimum.because its urgent for me.please kindly let me know.
