I applied for a new passport and this morning I called about it. From la consulate I was informed that my passport arrived and I can pick it up any time. Again I asked what time I can pick it up in the afternoon 3 pm to 5 pm ?????? But not, I was informed that any time I can pick up my passport between 9 am to 5 pm. Monday to Friday. Furthermore there is no notice about breaks time in website also. And when I went to pick it up somebody told me that this is breaks time 1 pm to 2 pm so here is no customer service now and he told from last edge of the office that means not in polite behaviors. Because he doesn't asked me what sorts of help I need. I feel ...question ... when we will be a great minded or developed .... in the world and .......at last I had to wait .......
