Comments on this Embassy
First of all take my regards!
I am Sharmin (Bangladeshi) working in an Aerospace Company in Hamburg, Germany. I just want to share my worst experience regarding my passport renewal which I have recently faced. Everybody in Germany is busy and of course if somebody who are responsible for dealing with passport affairs they would remain busy. But it does not mean that they (telephone consultant) would be always too rough with the person asking for information regarding their passport. In addition, without listening the other party name, passport number, embarrassed them with wrong and false information. It was my second time I need to contact with Bangladesh Embassy in Berlin but unfortunately this time also I got the same behavior (shouting/quarrel/false information).
Therefore, my earnest request to the Embassy of Bangladesh, in Berlin, are, please put some protocol for the phone consultant /(passport affairs 3), so that they could take at least 2 min to listen the problem from other party(pass number, name)politely and keep patience to provide them correct information not holding in line for 10 min.
Thanks and Best Regards,
Sharmin
