My name is Luke Mhaka from Zimbabwe. I sent my passport for VISA processing. I am scheduled to depart Zimbabwe on Saturday and my passport is not yet ready. Please could you assist.

I need to speak to a consular official rather urgently but the phone no. seems to have changed as the no. on the website as well as the Telkom no 0214529155 is apparently incorrect. Why has this very important info not been updated?
