Hi Sutay Kujabi, all you need to do is to come to Dakar and go to the embassy inperson, submit your documents together with a copy of your invitation letter. this invitation must state your passpot number, dates of issue and expiry, your relatioship with the person inviting you, the duration of your stay as a visitor and your sposorer. Al documents must be photocopied if you want the originals to be returned to you. If you have any more problem please email at ggainde(at)yahoo.com.

I want to confirm how much is your visa fees sir .
dear madam,
i apply for a visa on april 17 2009 but was denied because of certificate of charcter. and then applied again and was denied because of the invitation was sent by mail instead of fax and it got a error. but i do accept it but i later wanted to try for the third time but the secretary could not let me. so i am still corresponding with the university so that this summer i would apply again to subbmitt to get the visa.
hope to get a reply from you the soonest.
