I hold a Philippines passport and I will be travelling from Manila to New Zealand with stop-over in Brisbane for 4 hours and 50 minutes according to the ticket I purchased. During that period, will not leave the airport at Brisbane and I will just wait for my flight from Brisbane to Auckland, New Zealand May I ask if I am required to have an Australian visa?

Spouse visa application for my wife.
Hi Sir. We lodged our spouse visa on the 10th October. And are now awaiting the outcome of our spouse visa application. Almost 2years ago my wife and I attended the front office of the Australian Embassy in Manila. We were met by a staff member of the embassy Ms Lance. We advised her that we wanted to apply for a spouse visa for my wife to come and live in Australia with me and my daughter. Ms Lance processed to escort us to the building next door where she introduced us to Ms Jumil. Ms Lance said that Ms Jumil would be the best person to help us with our application. After paying Ms Jumil thousands of Australian dollars she only ever got tourist visas to Australia. I called Ms Jumil many many time's as I had given her the $7,000 to lodge our visa plus another $3,000 as a fee to handle our application. I begged Ms Jumil to lodge the paperwork while Judith was in Australia so the application could be lodged ON SHORE however this was met with four tourist visas with the final visa having the stipulation NO FURTHER STAY so the spouse visa could not be lodged while ON SHORE. My wife has been forced to leave Australia twice along with our son who is an Australian citizen and also breast feeding. They are living in Mindanao where sje was born with her parents. I am very worried about our son and my wife as the Australian travel advise for this part of the Philippines is that under no curcumstances should any Australian visit this part of the Philippines. So far I have spent over $20,000 on agent's and I'm here in Australia with my daughter and my wife and son are over in the Philippines. Can someone please help us.
