Estimation of plasma free amino acids concentrations is imperative to the metabolic status of the body. Pattern of plasma free amino acid is associated with many metabolic disorders. Hence, the reference range for the plasma concentrations of the amino acid is obligatory for the interpretation of test result and the subsequent diagnosis. Thus, the study has been conceded with the general objective of estimating the plasma free amino acids concentrations in a group of apparently healthy adults. Blood Plasma free concentration of the amino acid was analyzed through Agilent-1260 High Performance Liquid Chromatography. This work resulted in Sri Lanka in an accepted international conference as poster presentations in 2014.

Field study on Gene and genotype frequency of Autosomal and sex linked mendelian traits in human; Mendelian traits usually flow a simple pattern of inheritance and occur as either dominant or recessive. These traits are found in individuals of a mendelian population. If Hardy- Weingnberg equilibrium is operative in such a population, gene and genotype frequencies on statistical analysis will lead to acceptance of Null hypothesis. If not, it will lead to rejection of Null hypothesis and it acceptance of alternative hypothesis.

Mass production of protease Enzyme from Bacillus species; Bacterial Protease Enzyme plays the most important role in the industries. As the enzymes are the most important products obtained for human needs through microbial source Bacillus species produces a commercially important enzyme protease. The present study was an attempt to isolate protease producing micro organisms and purify the protease enzyme which has lots of applications in industries, conclusively, protease enzyme extracted in the present study has numbers of application which is of great use to humans.
