Dear Sir,
I am compelled to send my comments again since I have forgotten to give my e-mail address: fionaperumal@gmail.com.
I possess over twenty years experince in the secretarial stenography and translation field by working in Government Corporation, Bank, Embassy, Airlines, Ministry and reputed firms.
I have been applying for the last nine months for advertised vacancies in the Australian job website through the Agencies. I came to know the jobs for which I am applying come under visa category 190 or 189 state nominated visas. I am overage and I have been applying with my details including my age (over 60). Since I am overage I have been applying for these posts as directed by my agencies for government sector australian vacancies for fixed term or temporary. Upto now my application had not been rejected on the ground of age by the agents who are forwaridng my applications to the Interview Panel.
Recently I received a mail that I should possess a proper visa to be shortlisted for the above assignment. To submit EOI (Expresion of Interest letter) I have to score required points.Where points are concerned I cant score marks for my age and I do not possess a degree though I am qualified and have vast experience. In that case how can I get a temporary work permit or visa? Can you kindly advise me on this. Are there any provisions made in granting visas for fixed term jobs in the education department of Westerm Australian Government?
Thanking you in anticipation of your early favourable response
