I have been invited for Tuberculosis Workhop in Armenia, which is happening in May. I am aware that as a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina I need entry visa for your country and I would like to know if it possible to apply for visa at your consulate in New Delhi. Unfortunately, there is no Armenian Embassy in Myanmar at the moment and you consulate in New Delhi is the closest one.
If I am eligible to apply, could you please give me more information about visa application procedure? And could you please tell me if it would be possible to send my documents with a currier (DHL) withouth personally presenting to your Consulate?

I am Armenian from the United States and I will be in Delhi from April 23-26. I was wondering is there will be any Armenian Genocide Commemoration on or about April 24, 2013? Are there any other cultural events planned when I will be in Delhi?
I have been invited by the International Boxing Federation to attend the World Youth Boxing Championship that will be held i Aremenia from 25 November to 09 December 2012. I received all the letters connected to visa and the authorities have informed me that I am on the list of invitees and when I apply I can obtain visa.
