I traveled to Argentina last year march 6, 2013 to April 8, 2013. I purchased my Reciprocity fee at The buenos aires airport I never received a "sticker ticket number". But I do have proof of payment on my capital one credit card and when I log into virtualprovinciapagos.com.ar and enter my name, passport andante of birth I am givens error message : WE ALREADY HAVE A VALID STICKER ASSOCIATED TO THE PASSPORT NUMBER, country of birth and birthdate." I am now stuck in Mexico City. I was nor allowed to board plane. I lost money I don't have and I need to see my fathers ASAP. I am willing to pay the reciprocity fee again but the website will not let and nine answers the telephone number at Provincia Pagos.
Desperate. Please help!
