Illegal carburant
Dear Algerian embassy in Tunis,

I Moncef Bensaad have a petrol station near the border of Algeria-Tunis at Fernana.
My business as well as many other businesses in the area are badly suffering because of the illegal black market oil exported from the algeria border to tunis. From there it is being sold illegally in private zones to public.

This has to stop and we need your help to do this.

I wish to know what your intentions are to stop these illegal activity of black market oil from putting us out of business?

I have written a personal letter to the president of Algeria regarding this problem as well as customs, energy secretary and defense minister.

Thank you for your time to read this mail, it is much appreciated.

Kind regards,

Moncef Bensaad
