On October 24th your office issued a letter recognizing that my friend is a citizen of Albania and stating that at this time your office is not issuing passports. Will my friend be allowed to enter Albania with this document?

@ Iva: Per te dal nga USA me passaport te skaduar te duhet te marresh nje Lej/Pass nga Konsulata Shqiptare ne NY. Kisha te njejtin problem me passaporten time dhe fatkeqesisht nuk isha e informuar cfar duet te beja dhe diten e fluturimit me ktheu agjenti i Check- In sepse passaporta kishte skaduar dhe duhej leja te cilen te permenda me siper!
Per te interesuarit ne lidhje me martesat me neneshtetas Amerikane, personi qe po ju sponsorizon duet te konsultohet me nje Avokat emigracioni per ndryshe te mos humbasesh koh duke pritur konsultim nga njerez pa eksperience ne ate fush! Suksese!
I am a high school counselor who is trying to help one of my ex-students get proof of her Albanian citizenship. She was brought to this country as a child. She has been a straight A student all through high school and was first in her graduating class.
Since she had no papers, she had to attend a community college where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Now she needs to continue her education so we are seeking proof of her Albanian citizenship so the she can get a green card.
Please assist this young woman in obtaining the information that she needs Her current situation is not of her own making and,in light of her exceptional intelligence, it would be a crime not to allow her to receive the education she deserves. Pashaporta ime shqiptare ka per te skaduar ne mars te vitit 2012, por me duhet te bej nje udhetim ne Indonezi gjate kesaj kohe. Por nuk kam mbushur akoma 5 vjet ne Amerike keshtu qe nuk mund te applikoj per nje pashaport Amerikane akoma. Mund te bej nje pashaporte te re pa ikur ne Shqiperi?
