Dear Honorable Ambassador,
I am writing this e-mail regarding to concerning of my cousin, Habib Rahman Azizi, who is a student of MBDS of liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences in Sind, Karchi. He is an Afghan citizen and is living in Pakistan since 1990 as Afghan official registered refugee. He was enrolled to the university due his an excellent and first position in KPK government college on scholarship by the Pakistani Government. His family recently returned back to Afghanistan, but he has remained to complete his study. This is his finally year to be graduated from the university. Indeed, He is one of the top students in the entire university. He has holding the first position since 4 years in the university. We are optimistic that he will get a gold medal.
As the university is going to be close in coming Ramazin Holy month, my cousin (Habib Rahamn) will like to visit his family in Afghanistan. As you know that coming to Afghanistan just for one month holiday and return back to university after without student visa or passport is very difficult for him to crossing the Tourkham. Believe me, he is not familiar with procedure to obtain student passport or student visa.
At the very least, I feel that you are the only one can help or hear his concern. We are requesting for assistance from your respected Embassy.

Hello sir.....
My name is Qudrat ullah and I am medical student of 2nd year in year 2017...
I am from Afghanistan and studying in Pakistan....
I'm fond of getting higher education for which I must go forward but I don't know the ways and procedures of admissions...
I want to continue my studies in Pakistan to be a doctor in future for which I have to take participation in entry test but I don't have any information about it...
Some said me thay you have to make NOC and took 4300 rupees from me and said it will be given u after 2 and half months as it makes in Pakistani departments....
And other option that I have is that if I come from Afghanistan side on governmental scholarship because I belong to a poor family and my family can't afford my private expenses....
My educational Career is always A1 grade...
