I'm Bahram.
I've got Canadian citizenship(live canada),,and my nationality is Afghan but I haven't been there.(I've got just Afghan passport). I was born in Iran(at home) and after 14 years we immigrated at Canada.
I wanna marry to iranian girl. we will come Ankara for registering our wedding and ceremony.
Iranian Embassy needs some certificate for confirmation our wedding such as: birth certificate.
I want to know could you issue this certificate for me if I come there?
